Sermons
Sermons preached at St Luke's are strongly based in scripture and so may be seen as teaching the essentials of the Christian faith. The scripture passages used are taken from the Common Lectionary in seasons such as Lent and Advent. At other times they are based on following one book of the Bible week-by-week.
We are happy to make our sermons available to a wider audience and publish them so that anyone with internet access or a telephone can listen to them

The Book of Remembrance was introduced following the dedication of the Memorial Garden by the Rt. Rev. James Jones, Bishop of Liverpool, on the 2nd of October 2005.
The book is in a window overlooking the memorial garden and shows month-by-month the names of St Luke's members that have died since 2005. The month a name is shown under can be month of birth, month of death or month of marriage,
